Abstract
The financial law is an area that deals with issues not only of the Central Bank, but the areas of banking as well. The banking structure as well as the position of insurance companies, credit unions and building societies are areas that have undergone various developments and whose location is currently not question it.
Emphasis should be placed in the supervision of central banks, whose importance will continue to grow.
