Abstract
The book dreals with insurance law problems. Attention is given to the explanation of the most important concepts and sources insurance law, further it deals with the problems of insurance problems of insurance market, conditions of running insurance and reinsurance activity, insurance supervision and problems of insurance middlemen and independent liquidators of insurance events.
Separate chapter is given to legal regulation of insurance contract. Further a basic survey of compulsory sorts of insurance is supplied including liability insurance of motor vehicle operation.
