Abstract
The social crisis impacts are reflected in the issue of access to gambling. Limited legal possibilities of solving the long-lead municipalities on the one hand growth gaming market on the other hand need to find appropriate solutions of gambling.
Both these aspects are directly or indirectly reflected in municipal budgets and the municipalities must deal with them.
