The paper deals with issues of educational processes and relationships in school between teachers and pupils. In addition to the developmental characteristics are especially important adults (parents and teachers), who play a vital role in social and educational world of children and adolescents.
A simple model of the basic characteristics of the interactions of adults and children served as the basis for exploring the educational activities of teachers by interviewing students. Selected results of research among students and teachers are the inspiration for the development of effective interaction of teachers and pupils in the classroom.
Not surprisingly, the students positively valued positive emotional relationship and also higher level of requirements from the teacher.
