Abstract
The paper is one of the reports by the Commission’s European Network of Legal Experts in the Field of Gender Equality, which analyses national policies, initiatives and legal instruments aimed at tackling the gender pay gap in 33 states, including the current 27 EU Member States,the EEA countries of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, and the candidate countries of Croatia, the FYR of Macedonia and Turkey.
