Legal principles of water conservation and water management in the legal system of the Czech Republic

Abstract
The paper deals with the legal foundations of regulation of water rights in the Czech Republic, especially in terms of international law and national law. Notes the general and special conditions of water management, protection of water quantity and quality of the legal issues and finally the protection of watercourses, including its international dimension.
