The book is a corner stone for pedagogic interpretation of children rights such the right for childhood from the point of view of education the child as a developing personality. This study is aimed to mediate the concept such rights in co-existence with their ideal, valuable and practical educational meaning.The first part, Child´s Rights – Co-part of the Concept of Childhood, maps definition of childhood including symbolic reference, historical reconstructions of childhood concept, philosophical and anthropological explanations, psychological stabilization of childhood in the concept of integral and personal concept of a human and thematisation of child and childhood from the point of view of sociology.The second part, Education in Child´s Rights at School, aims at influence of child´s rights concept on education in general, including ethics of teacher´s profession, and on basic principles of working with child´s rights during the educational process.
