Abstract
To the chapter: this part of the book deals with ID cards which may be issued to asylum seekers and refugees. The chapter shows what must be presented when applying for such documents and the terms of validity or non-nvalidity of them.
It also applies to persons with subsidiary protection. To the book: The book is an extensive commentary on the Law on Asylum.
It is also a theoretical wor, becuase there is no publication that would contain an in depth analysis of the refugee definition and the national proceedings in the Czech context. Commentary looks for answers to important questions of interpretation that are needed in practice, using a variety of literature and jurisprudence of the courts, including foreign ones.
