Abstract
The author deals with issues regarding the interpretation of law from both a theoretical and a purely practical point of view. The correct interpretation of the rule of law is one of the key conditions legally consistent state and predictable law.
The author details the process of interpretation law and provides a critical look at our Czech conditions, also in terms of decision-making and practice of European courts.
