Abstract
Diseases of biliary tract in adults in our region are caused most often by common bile duct stones, inflammation and tumors of biliary tree. The authors in the postgradual publication present essential pathophysiologic, diagnostic and therapeutic information about mentioned conditions and briefly depict also rare diseases of the bile ducts.
