Veterinary and toxicological applications for the detection of cardiac injury using cardiac troponin

Abstract

The use of cardiac troponin is growing as biomarker of myocardial injury in veterinary medicine and in animal studies. In this paper six new assay for the marker were assessed in six different species (dog, cat, horse, cattle, rat and rabbit).
