Abstract

Man, 54 years of age, anemia was diagnosed. Subjectiv the shadow in front of his right eye (RE), its VA 0,33.

VA of the left eye 1,0. Objectiv examination findings his RE: vitreal exudates, macular edema, papiledema.

The cause of this eye complications was retinal vasculitis as a masquerade syndrome at myelodysplastic syndrome. Its therapy in Dept. of clinical hematology started.
