Abstract
The highest frequency of resistance in vitro occured for etoposid, gemcitabin and paclitaxel and the most effective chemotherapeutical agents were cisplatinum and topotecan. Cisplatin had the lowest incidence of drug resistance in vitro than carboplatin.
