Abstract
The current situation in the study of chemistry teaching at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Science: Status and representation of the didactics of chemistry. Possibilities of didactic skills training and acquisition of teaching skills: the pedagogical and psychological training, a general overview of the specialization didactics, approaches to diverse parts of chemistry, teaching experience, offering of specialized courses in chemistry and chemical education.
Project managed chemical education based on own active and creative students work supports developing of new tools and materials for chemical education.
