Abstract
Compost Icelandic is a tool for POS tagging of Icelandic based on Morče tagger. It is trained on IFD corpus.
The resulting tagger highly overcome other previously published taggers. However, it is necessary to preprocess data with morphological analysis.
Application is executable under Windows and Linux. An online web-based version is also available.
