Training records are an integral part of managing the training process. They facilitate the routine analysis of training, an evaluation of its effect.
The choice of appropriate parameters for the records, and the flawless processing of data on training and its use, have not been entirely resolved and run into a number of problems. The use of information technology to record and analyse a training can greatly simplify that.
This publication summarises the current level of knowledge on training records. On the basis of research results, we have selected and theoretically justified training indicators suitable for the recording of the training in the selected disciplines.
