Abstract
Diagnostic and treatment recommendations in chronic myeloid adult patients proceed from National Comprehensive Cancer Network CML Guidelines, Clinical Practice Guidelines in Oncology (NCCN)(www.nccn.org), European LeukemiaNet (ELN) a ESMO guidelines for CML. The recommendations summarize the recent results of therapy, standard monitoring procedures, and definitions of responses of chronic myeloid leukemia.
