Protocol about the exercise of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of European Union

Abstract

Article analyzes the effect of Protocol 30 about the exercise of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of European Union (Lisbon Treaty) for the Czech Republic and concludes that it is not exception from the Charter.
