VBA Excel in examples

Publication at Faculty of Mathematics and Physics |
2010

Abstract

The book has come into existence as a compilation of examples supplemented with a short and unsophisticated commentary. Text of the compilation is intended for a reader who is quite familiar with the principles of work in Excel and has at some point chanced upon programming in an arbitrary procedural language.

He definitely does not have to be an active programmer, passive knowledge of basic programming structures, such as cycle or conditional command, shall suffice. The examples code is written digestedly so it could be easily modified and contingently serve also as a sample for tasks of similar type.

The publication is not to be an exhaustive textbook of programming in Excel, but it may become the take-off platform for the beginning authors of maker in Excel. The book includes a CD-ROM where you can find all examples solved.
