Reply to Comment on "Transformation of C-type defects on Si(1 0 0)-2 x 1 surface at room temperature - STM/STS study"

Abstract

Comments on our previous paper and its interpretation are discussed. New experimental findings concerning transformations of C-type defects are presented and compared with the theory.
