Abstract
In order to introduce Sociomapping as teamwork diagnostic method, several research projects has been done. This paper will briefly introduce some of them.
Also, it will focus on inter-rater reliability of interpretation of Sociomaps depicting teamwork. Volunteers were trained in working with Sociomaps and in their interpretation.
Then they interpreted several sociomaps and those interpretations were compared. Cohen´s Kappa, Kendall´s W and Interclass Correlation Coefficient were used.
Purpose of this study was to find if the interpretation of Sociomaps is independent of interpreting person.
