Abstract
There are described specific syndromes related to chest pain of musculoskeletal etiology and their differential diagnosis. In the article we submit case report of the patient diagnosed with Tietze's syndrome.
Who was after unsuccesful therapy was subsequently diagnosed with multiple myeloma with main localizations in the thorax spine, sternum, ribs and right humerus.
