Abstract
The author analyzes the Czechoslovak fereign policy response to the unification of Germany, especially in relation to the ""2+4""-treaty, respectively, with the new Czechoslovak-German treaty on good neighborhood, which has been signed after difficult negotiations in 1992, several months before the dissolution of Czechoslovakia.
