Abstract
Malignant tumors are the societal problem of all developed countries. The basis of therapy and the key to achieving the goal of cooperation of the patient with a team of experts, but it is not obvious, is influenced by a number of factors to which they belong trust and mutual communication, respect and maintain the dignity of the patient.
