Predation on simulated duck nests in relation to nest density

Abstract

Duck nest density-dependent predation contributes to cause of duck nest failure. It is primarily influenced by the predator-prey interrelations as well as nature of the landscape mosaic.

Conservation efforts should take these specific attributes into consideration.
