Abstract
This paper deals: acceptation of constitutional case law of the Court of Justice EU by national judiciaries is an obligation of each Member State; prevention of conflicts of case law is possible only through judicial cooperation between European and national levels; does the status of democracy in EU after the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty result in a barrier of integration process from the Czech constitutional perspective.
