Interpersonal relationships at the workplace and nursing care

Abstract

The surveillance study deals with the impact of interpersonal relationships on the nursing care provision. Communication and mutual relationship between patient/client and health care provider, and between the medical professionals themselves are outlined.

The paper emphasizes the importance of good interpersonal relationships in the workplace from the point of view of patient.
