The Lords of Poděbrady: A Note in the Margin on a Monograph concerning one branch of a noble family

Abstract

This article evaluates, in a wider historiographical framework, the methodological approach to the history of the most important branch of the House of the Lords of Kunštát and Poděbrady, which significantly influenced the shape of the Lands of Bohemia, in particular the Kingdom of Bohemia and Silesia in the Late Middle Ages and the Early Modern Age.
