Abstract

Observing goup was set from 17 patients with autosomal dominant spinocerebelar ataxia - AD SCA 1(6 patients with AD SCA 2 and 1 patient with AD SCA 1) and 10 healthy control group. As a objective test was chosen standardized standing wide-based, from whose transaction tracked person toe standing position on points with resulting tenacity in toe standing position.

Standing at wide base was delimitation latitude side. Longitude test was fixed 6 sec.

After 2 with had been given men hint to fulfilment toe standing position with position upper limbs freely along bodies. Among classification characteristics was chosen general course centre compressive incidence (TTW -Total Traveled Way) during whole test and change orbit centre compressive incidence in Y axis (anteroposterioric direction) and in series axis (rigt-left direction) from the moment initialization to the moment freeze in toe standing position.
