Abstract
This paper describes the rationale, development and psychometric properties of our four factor personality test based on four elements concept. 430 participants completed fifth version of 4EL test. Its psychometric properties were assessed using item analysis, Cronbach's Alpha, correlation analyses and factor analyses.
All four main scales proved to be internally consistent and four-factor conceptualization was supported.
