Abstract
The handbook presents an itinerary of a 5-days-long excursion through the Czech part of the central Bohemian Forest area. The excursion is focused on the environmental aspects of the historical, contemporary and future development of the nature environment, especially regarding the forest biocenosis in the central part of the Bohemian Forest.
The excursion is designed to provide the environmentally-awared educators with the background information about the topic, which is in the long term present in the Czech media, usually in the form of the fundamental feud about the future and heading of the Šumava National Park.
