Review of the book evaluates Rothbard's conception of the ethics of liberty. It describes the point of departure of Rothbard's paradigm, it concerns with his critique of utilitarianism and it highlights his ethical, not moralizing attitude.

It emphasizes Rothbard's thesis, that the determining attribute of liberty is property.
