Reactions of cisplatin with cysteine and methionine at constant pH - a computational study

Abstract

The most stable monodentate complexes of aquated cisplatin and methionine depending on pH. All three considered donor atoms of Q1 amino acid (S, N and O) are preferred under certain conditions.
