This article describes a type of so called ‘clinical semester’, which is a specific model of teaching practice. The last students of non-structured (M.Ed.) studies are currently taking part in this model at The Faculty of Education of Charles University in Prague.
The analysis of this teaching practice model could serve as a source of inspiration for the new model of teaching practice that will be launched in the fall semester of the academic year 2009/2010, which is linked with the introduction of structured studies.
