Transient upregulation of protein kinase C in pressure-overloaded neonatal rat myocardium

Abstract

From experiments is concluded that accelerated cardiac growth induced by pressure overload in the very early postnatal period is associated with the transient upregulation of protein kinase C α, δ and ε.
