Social climate in kindergartens and support for teachers´work

Abstract

The research objectives focused on teachers/principals of kindergartens, the subjective perception of the quality of the social climate in their workplaces.The results have shown that the social climate in schools is perceived as positive in 82-92%of the cases and teachers feel supported in their work particulary by good relationships,their love for children, support of their own families,positive feedback from children´s parents, education of teachers,patience and optimism.
