Not all ST elevations mean acute myocardial infarction, non all myocardial infarctions are caaused by plaque thrombosis

Abstract

The article resumes the ECG diagnostic changes which are typical for myocardial infarction with ST elevations. Solves the differential diagnostics of ST elevations on ECG and summarizes patological mechanisms of acute myocardial infarction.
