Abstrakt
The author analyzes the findings of the Constitutional Court ruling according to the Lisbon Treaty with the Czech constitutional order refers to the critical interpretation of power and point of reference chosen by the Constitutional Court review. Assesses his approach to the redefinition of state sovereignty, and evaluates its comparative perspective on the operation principle of democracy in the European Union.
