Abstract

The main aim of a case study was to analyze dynamics and lengths of phenophases of hops at Doksany phenological station (160 m asl, 50° 27‘ N, 14° 10‘ E ) in period 1991 – 2009. This station is situated in the north Bohemia, phenology observations are carried out by volunteer observers.

The subsequent vegetative and generative phenophases were chosen for execution: emergence (BBCH 10), first leaves (BBCH 11), tillering (BBCH 21), inflorescence emergence (BBCH 57), beginning of flowering (BBCH 60), first leaves (BBCH 11), cone development (BBCH 71).
