Abstract

The labor market represents one of the significant interactions for higher education. How the characteristics of study and training are changing can be well observed on graduates from recent years because their position when entering the labor market was affected by the phenomena associated with the economic crisis.

Using two large data sets dealing with employability of graduates in the labor market and evaluation of obtained education, the book is analyzing factors that contribute to the professional success of higher education graduates and examines the characteristics of higher education in relation with employability of graduates in the labor market. It also examines how has changed the evaulation of studies and education.With that the book contributes to knowledge in one of the main areas of research of graduates employability, which is the search for factors of higher education that are important for graduates success in professional life.
