Crystallization and structure determination of a fully glycosylated recombinant plant nuclease TBN1

Abstract

Bifunctional nuclease TBN1 was crystallized. Datasets for structural analysis were collected at the synchrotron radiation source BESSY II.

Presence of zinc in the protein was confirmed by X-ray fluorescence and an absorption edge scan.
