Structural Properties of Tomato Bifunctional Nuclease 1; Crystallization of a Fully Glycosylated Enzyme

Abstract

Fully glycosylated plant nuclease TBN1 was crystallized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction. Phase problem was solved by anomalous diffraction at absorption edge of zinc.
