Abstract

Phospholipase D-beta (PLD) enzymatic activity is inhibited by G-actin and stimulated by F-actin. We have described this new actin-bindig domain of PLD-beta and showed that there is a positive feed-back relation between PLD product phosphatidic acid binding actin capping protein and F-actin stimulated PLD activity.
