Prototype of titration apparatus with thermostabilised chamber and built in dosing pump with variable speed to perform tests of colloidal stability of beer and other beverages



Stand-alone prototype of laboratory device for haze measurement of liquids was developed. It works in a nephelometric mode at formazin calibration.

Instrument is controlled by a microprocessor unit and is equipped by display and a keyboard. New piston pump with variable dosing speed and a magnetic stirrer were built-in to the apparatus.

Measuring sample chamber is kept at constant temperature (+/- 0.2 oC) by a peltier type thermostat. With the aid of specially developed PC SW MZN Control it is possible to perform nephelometric titration tests.
