Abstract
We present a rare case of idiopathic myocardial calcifications in severe aortic stenosis. These calcifications were multifocal, separate from aortic annulus and spreading across the interventricular septum and the left ventricular wall.
They were diagnosed by echocardiography and confirmed by autopsy. This case report shows echocardiographic and X-ray correlates of autopsy findings.
