Times change but fantasy stays or Pan Tau stories yesterday and today.

Abstract

The study deals with the origin of cinematic and literary character of Mr. Tau.

Furthermore, it presents a narrative analysis of film and literary stories, character poetics and the comparison of film and prose not only for a child reader. Research into critical reception of Czech and even foreign audience, aspekts of childhood yesterday and today comprises a part of this study.
