How Sam Became a Father, Became a Citizen: Scripts of Neoliberal Inclusion of Disability

Abstract

The text uses both queer theory and disability/crip theory to read a Hollywood film I am Sam. It argues that the film uses represenation of intellectual disability to articualte a specific form of neoliberal governance, projective integration.
