Abstract
The modern and critical Flora of the Czech Republic represents the most extensive and comprehensive encyclopaedia critically evaluating the flora of this country from the viewpoint of taxonomy and chorology. The genus Taraxacum includes 213 species in the Czech Republic.
The chapter deals with the diacritical characters, distribution and ecology of the species in the Czech Republic.
