Abstract
We focused on studying of influence of host proteasomal system on the early steps of mouse polyomavirus and SV40 infection. It was used reversible proteasomal inhibitor MG132 and ireversible epoxomicin.
Reversible inhibition of host proteasomal system during the firt eight hours of infection positively affects mouse polyomavirus and SV40 infectivity. On the other hand ireversible inhibition of proteasomes decreased polyomavirus infectivity.
