INNOVATION IN DEVELOPMENT OF KEY COMPETENCES OF PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS

Abstract

Presentation is focused on questions concerning pre-graduation teachers training at Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. Definition of term "Professionalizing of teachers profession" are explained in the beginning of this presentation.

New approaches to cultivation of professional identity of intending teachers based on socio-constructivism are discussed as well. Theoretical finding and also practical experience with one of possible innovations in pre-graduation teachers' training - micro-teaching - is presented.
